Welcoming Our New Apprentice!

We are pleased to welcome our apprentice, Ellie, to Virologica!

Ellie joined us in September and has settled in well. Alongside studying for her degree qualification with Manchester Metropolitan University, she will gain valuable first-hand experience of the world of virucidal, bactericidal and biocompatibility testing through assisting with new and ongoing projects in our Microbiology team.

Apprenticeships offer a unique opportunity for students to combine classroom-based study with practical experience in industry. With support from both the company and the university, an apprenticeship provides an excellent starting point for anyone wanting to pursue a career in Science.

We look forward to seeing Ellie reach her full potential, and wish her an exciting and insightful time with us here at Virologica!
